Instant Ice/Cold Packs - NO Ammonium Nitrate

Our Instant Ice Packs are urea based & are manufactured  by a well-known leader in the instant ice industry. Compare them to your current brand. You might be surprised, the only difference may be the name and the $$price$$ (and whether or not it has ammonium nitrate).

This ice is safely shipped overseas to APOs and FPO's and can also be safely shipped via air so it can be overnited when necessary (although its weight makes it very expensive).  Ammonium nitrate based instant ice can be used to make methamphetamines and/or explosives, unlike urea based instant ice, which is not. Our customers were in total agreement about switching to the urea based instant ice formula. It is not illegal to purchase ammonium nitrate based ice but it should not be sent via Air, which means that USPS does not want you to use Priority Mail to ship it and that it should ship via Ground, not via air or overnited.

Our Ready-to-Use (never needs refrigeration) Instant Ice is easily activated for emergency use where cold therapy is required. Reaches 0 degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit) within seconds after you squeeze the inner bag and release the water into the urea crystals in the outer bag. The cold lasts from about 15-40 minutes, depending upon the temperature of the area it is placed and the temperature of where it is being used. We ship standard ground shipping using UPS or FedEx Ground & USPS where it is cost effective and will save time.
