You can use the shopping cart*(see below regarding shipping) and pay via PayPal any time day or night, or you can call and use your credit card via our credit card system over the phone with us and we will take your order directly. If you prefer not to use a credit card, you can use the shopping cart to put all of your items in and then copy and paste the shopping cart info into an e-mail and send it to us at order@bydezignproducts or you can print it and fax it to us and we will take your order and either fax you back an invoice or we can e-mail it to you if you prefer (please indicate which format you would like us to use). We are able to take your check via fax for your convenience, at no additional charge to you or your company. No need to mail the original check or to FedEx it overnight. Save yourself time and money and let us process it electronically. You can staple your original check to your copy of your invoice/order for your records.

This is the same process as the "check by phone" that other companies offer, but we prefer to protect you and ourselves by asking that you fax the actual check paid to "By Dezign Products".

If you still prefer to send us the check via mail instead of faxing the check, please let us know via e-mail or phone what you are ordering and give us a few extra days time to receive the check before releasing your order. Our mailing address is:

If you have received an invoice from us and want to go directly into PayPal to pay us using a credit card, you can click on the link below and input the amount into the total amount calculated. As always if you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail us or call.

*Please call us for quantity discounts and also if we need to adjust the shipping charges. We try to make fair prices for shipping, but when you are adding different products with different weights, sometimes the shipping just gets to be a whopping amount and way out of whack and we don't want that to happen, so you can either choose to go back and add the products that have the option of saying "added to a kit" or added to an order, please do so. If you still think it is unreasonably high, please call or e-mail us and we can send you an invoice that you can pay using our payment page for the corrected amount. Same goes if you are charged tax and are tax exempt. We also appreciate that if you are buying only one item if you don't use the added to an order or added to a kit buttons. It helps us get your order out more quickly and helps us keep the costs down for everyone.
